• Invoices are payable within the timeframes stated on each invoice — typically 15–30 days net.
• We may engage specialised subcontractors with prior client awareness and consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement, for a period of three years following completion of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanjivini Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
